5. MANAGEMENT

The complex manager will ensure the operation and maintenance of the neighborhood as a whole, take care of potential problems and deficiencies within the warranty period. He or she will also be responsible for organizing repairs in the business part of the neighborhood, managing and implementing the security and reception services, calculating and dividing common costs and implementing financial services, organizing the cleaning of the common and external areas and other tasks.
Security
The whole complex, including apartments (garages) will be protected and monitored 24 hours a day through a video monitoring system or by a security guard.
