6. INFORMATION ON SALE PROCEDURE

Information on sale procedure for apartments in the new residential neighborhood "Rezidenca Park Lucija"

Time plan:
- The cornerstone for the new residential neighborhood "Rezidenca Park Lucija" was laid on October 30, 2003.
- Beginning of preparations at the construction site - December 2003
- Construction completed: COMPLEX B: September 2005, COMPLEX A: August/September 2005, COMPLEX C: November/December 2005
- Delivery date: construction completed, apartments avaliable

Terms of payment: informational
- 10% of deposit within 3 days of signing the sales contract;
- 50% (including deposit) within 14 days of signing the sales contract;
- ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS TO BE NEGOTIATED. FINAL BALANCE DUE AT CLOSING

Acquiring a loan: loan terms in the annex
- Banka Koper d.d. and the "Rezidenca Park Lucija" Gašpar Gašpar-Mišič s.p. have reached an agreement on favorable loan terms for apartment buyers.

Management: will be organized for the whole neighborhood of Rezidenca Park Lucija as a complete functional unit (condominium)
- the management contract has to be signed before the acceptance of the apartment.
